 Below you’ll find a collection of commonly asked questions. If you still can’t find what you’re looking for, don’t hesitate to get in touch.  I'm hoping I covered everything you need to know about me, my approach, and my services.

Why do I need to hire a coach?

Have you tried to achieve a goal and had a hard time getting to the finish line or seeing results?  Are you so stressed out you don't even know where to begin?  Have you lost your sense of who you are in your job or raising your kids?  Can you say you're having  fun in your life?   Have you struggled with your weight or getting enough sleep?  Do you have some knowledge in these areas about healthy living but need help getting there?  Does Covid have you you stressed?  Did you answer yes to any of the above questions?  Then coaching may be for you.

As a functional medicine health and wellness coach, my job is to help you focus on making short and long term goals using positive pyschology techniques, whether losing weight or finding ways to get more sleep, starting a meditation or exercise routine, just to name a few.  I will not tell you what to do.  Instead, I will partner with you to be a part of your health and wellness team and meet you where you're at.  We will focus on your character strengths to help you achieve your goals for the future.  My job is to help you find your passion and purpose.  You will decide what aspect of your life you want to focus on and what goals you want to set.   I will be there to help gently guide you and lead the way through positive behavior changes.   This is how we make lasting changes that are sustainable and help you feel simply grounded.

How many coaching sessions will I need?

Wellness is a fluid state, meaning it is ever changing as is life and our goals and dreams.  It is a process and not an end state.  It could take as little as 3 coaching sessions to achieve your goals or as many as 15 sessions.  It really depends on you!  There's really no "set" number.  However, I do offer some packages to help you decide where to start.  Studies have shown that it typically takes three months to make new and lasting changes.  With that said, each client is unique in their journey to health and wellness.  Contact me for a free complimentary meeting to see if we're a good fit for each other.

What can I expect from our coaching session?

Typically we meet over the computer (zoom or tele-health), over the phone, in person if you are local, or another platform that works for you.  Each session is as unique as you are.  You guide the session depending on what your focus is.  

Coaching sessions can be weekly, for 30 minutes to an hour or bi-weekly for 45 minutes to an hour.  

After our complimentary consultation, you will receive and complete a welcome packet before our first foundation meeting.
